Every effort will be made to dispatch orders within 7 days but please allow up to 21 days. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class post and all overseas orders by air mail.
Returns All goods are covered for full refund in the event of the goods ordered being damaged or faulty at the time of receipt. All claims should be notified by post, email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt and the goods returned in their original packaging.
